ದೋಹಾ, ಕತಾರ್ : ಭಾರತೀಯ ರಾಯಭಾರ ಕಚೇರಿಯ ಆಶ್ರಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ (ಐಸಿಸಿ) ಅಂಗಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾದ ಕತಾರ್‌ನ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿತ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿ ಸಂಘಟನೆ ‘ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಂಘ ಕತಾರ್’ (ಕೆಎಸ್‍ಕ್ಯೂ), ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಅಲ್ ವಕ್ರಾ ನಗರದ ಡಿಪಿಎಸ್ ಎಂಐಎಸ್ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ‘ಸಂಭ್ರಮ 2026’ ಭವ್ಯ ಸಂಗೀತ ರಸಸಂಜೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಕತಾರ್‌ನಾದ್ಯಂತದ ಸಂಗೀತ ಪ್ರೇಮಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಅನಿವಾಸಿ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರನ್ನು ಮಂತ್ರಮುಗ್ಧಗೊಳಿಸಿತು. “ಕನ್ನಡದ ಧ್ವನಿ… ಹೃದಯಗಳ ಸಂಭ್ರಮ” ಎಂಬ ಆಶಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ಈ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಮಹೋತ್ಸವವು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತ ಗಾಯನ ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಕತಾರ್ ನೆಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಾವರಣಗೊಳಿಸಿತು.

ಸಂಘದ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಭಾವನಾ ನವೀನ್ ಅವರ ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಸ್ವಾಗತ ನುಡಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ದೊರೆಯಿತು. ತದನಂತರ ಜಂಟಿ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಶಶಿಧರ ಎಚ್.ಬಿ. ಅವರು ಸಭಾಂಗಣದ ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ತುರ್ತು ನಿರ್ಗಮನದ ಕುರಿತು ವಿವರವಾದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಬಳಿಕ ಕತಾರ್‌ನ ಭಾರತೀಯ ರಾಯಭಾರ ಕಚೇರಿಯ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಹರೀಶ್ ಪಾಂಡೆ ಅವರು ದೀಪ ಬೆಳಗಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯುಕ್ತವಾಗಿ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದರು.

ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಂಘ ಕತಾರ್‌ನ ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಸಲಹಾ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಹಾಗೂ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪನಾ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು. ಸಮಾರಂಭಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದ ಗಣ್ಯರು, ಪ್ರಾಯೋಜಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರನ್ನು ಸಂಘದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಸುಜಿತ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಹೊಸದುರ್ಗ ಅವರು ಆತ್ಮೀಯವಾಗಿ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿ, ಕತಾರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷೆ, ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ಪ್ರಸಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾಮುದಾಯಿಕ ಒಗ್ಗಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಂಘವು ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಬರುತ್ತಿರುವ ನಿರಂತರ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕೈಂಕರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದರು.

ಈ ವರ್ಣರಂಜಿತ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಸಂಜೆಗೆ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಕತಾರ್ ದೇಶದ ಭಾರತೀಯ ರಾಯಭಾರಿ ಘನತೆವೆತ್ತ ಶ್ರೀ ವಿಪುಲ್ ಅವರು ಆಗಮಿಸಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಶೋಭೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿದರು. ಭಾರತೀಯ ರಾಯಭಾರ ಕಚೇರಿಯ ಉಪ ರಾಯಭಾರಿ (ಡಿಸಿಎಂ) ಶ್ರೀ ಸಂದೀಪ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ರಾಜತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಗಣ್ಯರಾಗಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರು. ಇಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಆಕರ್ಷಣೆಯಾಗಿ ಭಾರತದ ಖ್ಯಾತ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ ಗಾಯಕ, “ಮೆಲೋಡಿ ಕಿಂಗ್” ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಜೇಶ್ ಕೃಷ್ಣನ್ ವಿಶೇಷ ಅತಿಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು.

ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ (ಐಸಿಸಿ) ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಶ್ರೀ ಎ.ಪಿ. ಮಣಿಕಂಠನ್, ಕತಾರ್ ಆಟೋ ಮ್ಯೂಸಿಯಂನ ಆಡಳಿತ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಉಪ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕಿ ಮಿಸ್ ಫಾತಿಮಾ ಅಲ್ ಮಾದೀದ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕತಾರ್ ಇಂಧನ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪೆಟ್ರೋಲಿಯಂ ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ ಶ್ರೀ ಖಾಲಿದ್ ಅಲ್ ಫಕ್ರೂ ಅವರು ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ರಾಯಭಾರತ್ವ, ಸಾಮುದಾಯಿಕ ಒಡನಾಟ ಹಾಗೂ ಕತಾರ್‌ನ ವಿವಿಧ ಸಮಾಜಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಬಾಂಧವ್ಯವನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಲು ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ನಿರಂತರ ಬೆಂಬಲಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕೆಎಸ್‍ಕ್ಯೂ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ವೇದಿಕೆಯ ಮೇಲಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಗಣ್ಯರನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ವೈಭವಯುತವಾಗಿ ಸತ್ಕರಿಸಿ, ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಸಭೆಯನ್ನುದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಂಘ ಕತಾರ್‌ನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಶ್ರೀ ಸುಬ್ರಹ್ಮಣ್ಯ ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಗಿಲು ಅವರು, ಸಂಘದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ-ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬೆನ್ನೆಲುಬಾಗಿ ನಿಲ್ಲುವ ಪೋಷಕರು, ಕಾರ್ಪೊರೇಟ್ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಜಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರ ಶ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಕೃತಜ್ಞತಾಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಮರಿಸಿದರು.

ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಸಮಾರಂಭದ ಔಪಚಾರಿಕ ಧನ್ಯವಾದ ಸಮರ್ಪಣೆಯನ್ನು ಸಂಘದ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಶ್ರೀ ಅನಿಲ್ ಭಾಸಗಿ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದರು.

ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಕಾತರದಿಂದ ಕಾಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ನಿರೂಪಣೆಯನ್ನು ಭಾರತದ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಮತ್ತು ವಾಕ್ಚತುರ ನಿರೂಪಕ ಶ್ರೀ ನಟರಾಜ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿಕೆರೆ ಅವರು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ರೋಚಕವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸಿ ಇಡೀ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಮಂತ್ರಮುಗ್ಧಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಆಕರ್ಷಣೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಜನಪ್ರಿಯ ಗಾಯಕ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಜೇಶ್ ಕೃಷ್ಣನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತದಿಂದ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದ ಅವರ ಸುಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಸಂಗೀತ ವಾದ್ಯವೃಂದದ ನೇರ ಗಾಯನ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನವು ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಅಕ್ಷರಶಃ ರಂಜಿಸಿತು.

ಈ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತದ ಖ್ಯಾತ ಗಾಯಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಪುಷ್ಪಾ ಆರಾಧ್ಯ, ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸೀಮಾ ರಾಯ್ಕರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀ ಸಂತೋಷ್ ದೇವಯ್ಯ ಅವರ ಅದ್ಭುತ ಗಾಯನ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾವಂತ ವಾದ್ಯಗಾರರ ಸಂಯೋಜನೆ ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರ ಮನಗೆದ್ದಿತು.

ಎವರ್‌ಗ್ರೀನ್ ಕನ್ನಡ ಗೀತೆಗಳು, ಹಳೆಯ ನೆನಪಿನ ಭಾವಗೀತೆಗಳು, ಸುಮಧುರ ಯುಗಳ ಗೀತೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ಸೂಪರ್ ಹಿಟ್ ಚಿತ್ರಗೀತೆಗಳ ಸರಣಿಯನ್ನು ಹಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸಂಚಲನ ಮೂಡಿಸಿದರು.

ಸಂಗೀತ ಸುಧೆಗೆ ಇಡೀ ಸಭಾಂಗಣವೇ ಎದ್ದು ನಿಂತು ಕರತಾಡನದ ಮೂಲಕ ಗೌರವ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿತು. ಈ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಮಹೋತ್ಸವ ಮತ್ತು ಔಪಚಾರಿಕ ಸಭಾ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳ ಅಂತಿಮ ವಂದನಾರ್ಪಣೆಯನ್ನು ಕೆಎಸ್‍ಕ್ಯೂ ಖಜಾಂಚಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಂಜೋತ್ ಸುರೇಶ್ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದರು.

ಈ ಭವ್ಯ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತೀಯ ರಾಯಭಾರ ಕಚೇರಿಯ ಅಡಿಯ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಶೀರ್ಷ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಾದ (ಅಪೆಕ್ಸ್ ಬಾಡೀಸ್) ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕೇಂದ್ರ (ಐಸಿಸಿ), ಇಂಡಿಯನ್ ಕಮ್ಯುನಿಟಿ ಬೆನೆವೊಲೆಂಟ್ ಫೋರಂ (ಐಸಿಬಿಎಫ್), ಇಂಡಿಯನ್ ಬಿಸಿನೆಸ್ ಅಂಡ್ ಪ್ರೊಫೆಷನಲ್ಸ್ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲ್ (ಐಬಿಪಿಸಿ), ಮತ್ತು ಇಂಡಿಯನ್ ಸ್ಪೋರ್ಟ್ಸ್ ಸೆಂಟರ್ (ಐಎಸ್ಸಿ) ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ವಿವಿಧ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಯೋಜಿತ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ (ಎಒಸ್) ನಾಯಕರು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

ಗಣ್ಯರ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಐಸಿಸಿ ಸಲಹಾ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಶ್ರೀ ಪಿ. ಎನ್. ಬಾಬುರಾಜನ್, ಐಸಿಬಿಎಫ್ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೆಎಸ್‍ಕ್ಯೂ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರ ಶ್ರೀ ದೀಪಕ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ, ಕೆಎಸ್‍ಕ್ಯೂ ಸಲಹಾ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಶ್ರೀ ಎಂ. ರವಿಶೆಟ್ಟಿ, ಮತ್ತು ಸಲಹೆಗಾರರುಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಅರುಣ್ ಕುಮಾರ್, ಶ್ರೀ ವೀರೆಶ್ ಮನ್ನಂಗಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ಮಧು ಕುಮಾರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಹೇಶ್ ಗೌಡ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಂದೀಪ್ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

‘ಸಂಭ್ರಮ 2026’ರ ಅಭೂತಪೂರ್ವ ಯಶಸ್ಸು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಂಘ ಕತಾರ್‌ನ 2026-2028ರ ಅವಧಿಯ ನೂತನ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪನಾ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ನಿರಂತರ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮ, ನಿಖರ ಯೋಜನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅದ್ಭುತ ತಂಡದ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.

Karnataka Sangha Qatar’s Sambhrama 2026 Enthralls Audience with a Grand Celebration of Kannada Music and Culture

Doha, Qatar: Karnataka Sangha Qatar (KSQ), a leading socio-cultural organization and an associated body of the Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) functioning under the aegis of the Embassy of India, Qatar, successfully hosted Sambhrama 2026, a spectacular musical extravaganza at the DPS-MIS Auditorium, Al Wakrah. The event brought together music enthusiasts, dignitaries, community leaders, and members of the Indian diaspora from across Qatar for an unforgettable evening celebrating the rich musical heritage of Karnataka under the theme, “The Voice of Kannada… The Joy of Hearts.”
The program commenced with a traditional welcome address by Mrs. Bhavana Naveen, Cultural Secretary, KSQ, followed by a comprehensive safety briefing delivered by Mr. Shashidhara H.B., Joint Cultural & Kannada Activities Secretary. The formal inauguration was led by Mr. Harish Pandey, First Secretary, Embassy of India, Qatar, in the presence of members of the Karnataka Sangha Qatar Advisory Board and Managing Committee.
Welcoming the gathering, Mr. Sujith Kumar Hosdurga, General Secretary, KSQ, greeted the distinguished guests, corporate partners, and community members, while highlighting the organization’s enduring commitment to preserving Kannada culture and strengthening community engagement among Indians in Qatar.
The event was graced by H.E. Mr. Vipul, Ambassador of India to the State of Qatar, as the Chief Guest, alongside Mr. Sandeep Kumar, Deputy Chief of Mission, Embassy of India, Qatar, who attended as a distinguished dignitary. Adding further prestige to the occasion was the presence of legendary playback singer and “Melody King” Mr. Rajesh Krishnan, who attended as the Special Guest.
The Guests of Honour included Mr. A.P. Manikantan, President of the Indian Cultural Centre (ICC), Ms. Fatima Al Maadeed, Deputy Director for Administrative Affairs at the Qatar Auto Museum, and Mr. Khalid Al Fakhroo, Senior Petroleum Engineer in Qatar’s Energy Sector. The dignitaries were felicitated by the KSQ executive leadership in recognition of their continued support for cultural initiatives, community engagement, and the strengthening of cultural ties within Qatar’s diverse society.
Addressing the audience, Mr. Subramanya Hebbagelu, President of Karnataka Sangha Qatar, expressed sincere appreciation to patrons, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters whose unwavering commitment continues to strengthen the Sangha’s cultural and community-driven initiatives. The cultural segment of the evening was expertly anchored by renowned compere Mr. Nataraj Shettykere, whose engaging presentation kept the audience captivated throughout the program. The highlight of the evening was an electrifying live concert by Mr. Rajesh Krishnan and his accomplished musical troupe from India, featuring celebrated singers Ms. Pushpa Aradhya, Ms. Seema Raikar, and Mr. Santosh Devaih, supported by a talented ensemble of musicians. The performance showcased a vibrant blend of evergreen Kannada classics, nostalgic retro melodies, soulful duets, and contemporary chart-toppers, drawing enthusiastic applause and standing ovations from the packed auditorium.
The cultural proceedings concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Mr. Manjoth Suresh, Treasurer, KSQ, acknowledging the contributions of all stakeholders who made the event a resounding success.
